Morgan Schultz leads MWH’s Commercial Trucking and Transportation Litigation practice and brings a unique combination of transportation litigation, trial, and in-house operational experience. Prior to joining MWH, she managed trucking liability claims nationwide for one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, providing firsthand insight into the operational, insurance, and litigation challenges transportation clients face.
Morgan has represented the interests of motor carriers, fleets, drivers, and transportation companies in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial vehicle litigation matters across the country.
