MWH public sector attorneys bring decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to our government and municipal litigation practice. Our team includes seasoned trial attorneys who previously worked with Attorney Generals’ offices and have represented numerous governmental entities in federal and state courts.

With our decades of experience in the public sector, we understand the necessity to exercise appropriate discretion while handling high-profile matters that affect both the reputation of public sector entities and their varied constituents. Through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, our team of attorneys provides comprehensive counsel, knowledgeable advice, and diligent representation. MWH litigators are particularly skilled at handling multi-party issues concerning entities employed or contracted by a municipality, combining our public sector knowledge with our equally broad private sector experience to offer agreeable solutions to our clients. Our team has also demonstrated unmatched acumen in handling Section 1983 litigation, as well as other local, state, and federal civil rights statute litigation, on behalf of government agencies, correctional systems, and healthcare systems.
