Fernando Mihaic is a trusted advisor to his clients who believes that effective advocacy lies in understanding each client’s unique situation. Fernando focuses his practice on employment law and general litigation, emphasizing the importance of identifying key facts and evidence to work efficiently toward a successful resolution.
Originally from Florida, Fernando now proudly calls Milwaukee his home. His love for litigation began during his judicial internship, when he observed numerous oral arguments and assisted in drafting opinions. This experience further honed his ability to analyze complex facts and devise strategic paths forward.
During law school, Fernando held several leadership positions with the Hispanic-Latino Law Student Association and First-Generation Professionals of Milwaukee, and served as a Law Student-Ambassador as well. He competed in the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition and coached a moot court team.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Fernando values his Latino heritage; he aims to incorporate its principles of determination and care for others into his legal practice.
Interests Outside of Law:
- Fernando is SCUBA-certified, enjoys golf, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan — a passion he’s held practically since birth, despite growing up among Dolphins fans.
