Experience and a level head are key to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Drawing on a rich blend of litigation defense experience, insurance claims processing background, and an M.B.A., Andrea delivers tailor-made legal services centered on effective solutions. She possesses strengths in defense strategy, dispositive motions, investigations, and discovery, combining skills in each element of litigation with her keen awareness of clients’ business needs to move cases toward an efficient resolution.

Based in Milwaukee, Andrea started her legal career as a court intern observing jury trials. She worked in the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office before moving to private practice as a litigator, where she honed her ability to dive into case investigations and formulate persuasive legal arguments.

Before joining the MWH Law Group, Andrea worked as a surety claims attorney, focusing on contract/construction surety bond claims and litigation, where she developed litigation strategies and a practical approach to resolving disputes. This experience further cultivated her knowledge of surety and construction law, which is critical knowledge in litigation involving public and private construction projects. Her professional repertoire extends to insurance, construction, and real estate, stemming from her previous roles at a large New York based law firm and a boutique law firm dedicated to these sectors.

Andrea is a valuable resource for clients dealing with claims related to tort, personal injury, premises liability, insurance surety, or any legal matter involving construction. Her ability to assess cases, investigate facts, and understand insurance, surety, and construction issues provides clients with a multi-faceted approach to effectively analyze and mitigate risks.

A zealous advocate for her clients, Andrea believes in investing time to thoroughly understand clients’ businesses and objectives to find cost-effective solutions. She employs a creative and practical approach when resolving disputes, including collaborating with opposing parties, participating in alternative dispute resolution, and recognizing when to proceed through litigation.
