Morgan C. Schultz

Morgan Schultz brings a rare combination of trial experience, in-house counsel expertise, and deep knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to her practice. After earning her law degree from the University of Denver and clerking for a Colorado state court judge, Morgan practiced insurance-defense litigation in Colorado and Iowa, achieving defense verdicts in 100% of personal injury jury trials. Her early courtroom work shaped the confident, strategic, and solutions oriented approach she brings to clients today.

Morgan later served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ruan Transportation Management Systems, a national transportation and logistics company. In that role, she directed legal strategy for high-exposure litigation, managed outside counsel, and advised executive, risk, safety, and HR teams on complex legal matters, including regulatory compliance, employment issues, and commercial contracts. This experience allows her to provide practical, operations-focused guidance to all employers.

Originally from Alaska, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, living an active lifestyle, and supporting youth literacy through her work with Everybody Wins! Iowa.
