BIOGRAPHY

As a member of the firm’s commercial contract and real estate practice groups, I advise clients on residential and commercial real estate matters and have extensive experience drafting and negotiating leases, easement agreements, other residential and commercial lease-related documents, as well as conducting thorough title, survey, and zoning reviews.

I have experience managing and supporting the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, and conducting due diligence. I also have experience advising telecommunications companies on all facets of business, including tower lease negotiations, collocation agreements, zoning, litigation, and regulatory compliance. My background in health care administration and broad corporate contract experience includes drafting and negotiating license agreements, master service agreements, and advising on legal strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance.
