I have experience managing and supporting the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, and conducting due diligence. I also have experience advising telecommunications companies on all facets of business, including tower lease negotiations, collocation agreements, zoning, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
