For nearly 15 years, Cecilly has been helping clients develop strategies to manage and mitigate risks and comply with state/federal law while meeting their business objectives.
As a member of the firm’s Contract Support, Corporate and Transactional, and Real Estate practices, Cecilly represents banks and lenders in loan closing transactions. She also has considerable experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for corporate entity formation and dissolution, title documents, contracts, commercial contracts, and leases.
