- Advised on $70 million rural dairy products facility development in New York, securing New Markets Tax Credit allocation across six community development entities, structuring transactions, and drafting/ negotiating all financing documents.
- Represented developer in $60 million hotel construction project, handling title, hotel management agreements, debt structuring, and securing $13.8 million in NMTC allocation and investment.
- Represented community development entity in $15 million NMTC allocation, managing certification, investment vetting, and closing on investments in a Salvation Army Community Center and a charter school.
