Renee Jones

Renee Jones is a business and finance attorney based in the Washington, D.C. area. Before joining MWH, Renee worked as corporate counsel for an insurance company, where she provided support for internal business units and the corporate legal department. In that role, she developed a proven ability to facilitate corporate processes, lead trademark portfolio management, create company policies for industry-specific issues, and advise about commercial contracting matters. Renee guided both in-house and external counsel through complex legal matters by providing strategic and risk management support to executives leading a variety of corporate business lines.

Renee has also worked as a law firm associate, where she led and closed deals involving asset-backed securities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. She has experience in supporting commercial contract negotiations that help her clients accomplish their internal and external business goals.
