Kyle D. Williams

Kyle began his career at MWH as a summer law clerk, where his experience provided practical, real-world insight into both the firm’s transactional and litigation practices — the same practice areas he continues to support today.

Transactional Experience

Kyle’s transactional experience encompasses core aspects of his primary practice areas. He supports the transactional team by:

• Drafting and reviewing various commercial documents, including purchase and sale agreements, amended lease agreements, and complex warehouse agreements.
• Conducting due diligence review of municipal bond agreements and analyzing finance documents for revisionary comments.
• Assisting partner-level attorneys with specialized condominium research and drafting memoranda to clients and business/community partners.

Litigation and Research Experience

Kyle gained valuable experience supporting the firm’s litigation team on a variety of matters, including:

• Researching complex Title VII and Section 1981 discrimination issues.
• Analyzing bad faith claims in commercial disputes.
• Evaluating the enforceability of non-compete covenants.
• Drafting comprehensive demand letters.

Kyle’s commitment to his training and mentorship within the firm has ensured his legal career continues on a clear path of progress and professional development. He continues to utilize the technical skills gained from his diverse experience to deliver actionable solutions for MWH’s clients.

Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison Law School in May 2025. Born and raised in Milwaukee, he chose to remain and practice law in the city where he’s deeply rooted, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to civic engagement and community improvement.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with family, listening to jazz, cooking, building model cars, attending car shows, and collecting shoes.
