Anthony Jackson

Anthony’s multifaceted background is a testament to his versatility as a litigator. Before joining the MWH Law Group, he served as an assistant city attorney for the city of Milwaukee, where he litigated many high-profile claims involving the First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death lawsuits. While working for the city of Milwaukee, Anthony also provided counsel to the Board of Fire and Police Commission, successfully defending claims related to the administrative discipline of fire and police personnel.

As a prosecutor, he pursued justice with steadfast resolve, safeguarding the community’s interests while upholding the law. Conversely, as a public defender, Anthony was a stalwart champion of his clients’ rights, ensuring their fair treatment in the legal system. An experienced trial attorney, Anthony has successfully tried cases to verdict in federal and state court, and has prevailed with the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Anthony relies on his courtroom experience to advocate for his clients’ best interests.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Anthony is an avid tennis player and former scholarship athlete at the University of Michigan who has represented the United States in international competition.
