BIOGRAPHY

Karma S. Rodgers has provided extensive advice and counsel in a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiation, arbitration, unemployment, employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims. She has advised and assisted clients with developing human resource policy manuals, discipline and discharge decisions, formulation and implementation with various types of employment policies. Ms. Rodgers has conducted management seminars on legal implications of employment and management issues. She has extensive trial experience in most areas of civil litigation, including employment law, individual injury, insurance defense, and contract disputes.

Ms. Rodgers previously served as an attorney/conciliator with the State of Wisconsin Equal Rights Division and a Bankruptcy Panel Trustee for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She also served as General Counsel for Bridgeman Foods, Inc. where she gained valuable real estate planning and zoning experience.
